How much does it cost to attend the event?

Registration fees are $600 USD for most events.

What does my registration fee include?

Registration to Sapa Profile Academy events includes one to two days of of sessions (depending on event), classroom materials, our Design Manual textbook and lunch.
Also, motorcoach transportation for tour activity if applicable. 

Where is the event being held?

We host the event at the recommended hotel. All presentations will take place at the hotel.

We don't release the venue address until the registration process has been completed.
All logistical details will be shared once you have registered and been approved. 

Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. However, we typically have a discounted rate contracted with the local hotel where our event is being held.

Is there a student discount?

We do offer a limited number of tickets at a discounted rate for Academia (students, professors, faculty/staff). Please contact us to learn more. 

Will there be shuttle service to and from the airport and
the hotel?

No, Sapa will not be providing shuttle service to and from the airport or hotels. Please contact the hotel directly, as some do provide complementary shuttle service.

Can Sapa notify me when the Academy comes to my area?

Yes, please sign up for our "News & Announcements" email list at the bottom of the main page. We typically release our event schedule annually.
